ONE is a mixed-use building located on the Royal Oak town Centre.
There will be 39 apartments above the ground floor commercial area and a basement level for car parking. Additional short term on-street parking are added along the street with the pedestrian path integrated into the building colonnade along the northern face. Brick and weathering steel cladding have been chosen as low-maintenance façade materials that will age gracefully over time.
